About Me
Victor occupies the position of business development manager of the firm. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Auchi Edo State in the year 2005. He undertook his industrial training programme with Elaiho and Partners in Benin City. Upon graduation, he undertook his mandatory one year National Youth Service corps scheme with Ijebu East Local Government Area Ogun state under ministry of works where he occupied the position as an Estate Officer in charge of property rating, supervision of project and preparation of valuation lists.
After his National Youth Service Corps Programme he worked as an Estate Surveyor with the following Estate Firm James Garuba & Co, HM Properties & Co and Ogo Ozeogbe & Co before joining Murtrish Balogs & Co in 2010, which metamorphosed to Mutiu Balogun & Co in 2011.
He has over Eight (10) years’ experience in real estate sector and a probationer member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
